Nah let’s keep reporting on Saks. They literally don’t know how to apologize to people or do business in good faith, and their CEO deserves every bit of bad press.

no you’re absolutely right and criticism in general is fair! i always feel bad for employees in these situations though. they’re a monster for what they’ve done to their brand partners though- esp the earlier stage brands
